Tonight, I’m hosting a free live workshop on AI agents.
If you’ve been reading The New World, this is the session where a lot of the ideas we’ve been talking about start to connect.
The changing shape of work.
The reason workflows matter more than tools.
Why “AI” usually gets reduced to ChatGPT, even though the bigger shift is happening one layer deeper.
That layer is agents.
Plain English version: an AI agent is software that can take a goal, use tools, follow a process, remember context, and help move work forward without you clicking every single button yourself.
That sounds simple.
It is not.
The hard part is knowing what to give the agent, where to keep a human in control, how to stop it from guessing, and how to build workflows that are actually useful instead of creating one more shiny toy your team forgets about next week.
That is what tonight is about.
I’m going to walk through:
- what AI agents actually are
- how they are different from just using ChatGPT
- why context is the real unlock
- what a “harness” is and why it matters
- why AI lies, guesses, or gets weird when you do not give it the right structure
- how agents can use tools, follow your process, and remember what matters
- real examples from the systems I’m building in my own life and business
- how to start thinking about agents for your business, your team, and your personal workflows
I’ll also be giving away resources during the workshop and leaving time for live Q&A.
The workshop is completely free.
The replay will be available, but only for people who attend the full workshop live. I’m not posting the replay publicly afterward.
So if you want the recording, come live and stay through the session.
Tonight at 7:00 PM ET.
See you tonight.
