This current cohort is wrapping now. This past week, everyone got their own personal agent and started connecting it back to their Company Brain.
The homework is simple:
Pick one workflow, give the agent a clear goal, let it inspect the context, ask what it is assuming, run one safe task up to the review gate, and save the receipt.
One person said the workflow homework was "asking all the right questions."
Another said, "Our minds have been blown."
That is the part I care about. AI becomes useful when you stop using it like a search box and start directing it through real work.
